Why Choose The Foster Care Charity?

At The Foster Care Charity, we’re dedicated to helping children heal, grow, and thrive. Many come into care carrying deep hurt — and they deserve the best support we can give.

Founded in 1999 as a not-for-profit co-operative, we’ve always challenged the status quo in foster care. Now a registered charity, we continue our mission to support vulnerable children and foster families across central, eastern, and northern England — from North Somerset to South Yorkshire.

"I think the service offered is great! I've had lots of support not only by my Social Worker but also from other people at FCC from training, admin, finance. All very kind, always ready to answer my questions or queries and reminding me of deadlines.  I’m so happy to have the opportunity to do fostering with FCC family!"
