FCC offers a supportive working environment, with an integrated approach to employee health and wellbeing, bringing more engagement and commitment from our team. We offer remote contracts of employment for Social Workers (who are based regionally across England & Wales) and hybrid working arrangements for all other staff.
All FCC employees have regular opportunities to meet (face to face and via online platforms) to share experiences and keep each other updated, alongside our all-staff biannual face-to-face ‘strategic away day’.
FCC are excited to recruit an exceptional Finance Manager, who will be a key member of our management team, to join our successful charity. The role holder will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and will be expected to be a strategic thinker and lead on key aspects of financial and resource planning. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with experience of working within the charitable sector. Part time 22.5-25 hours per week, hybrid working, Location Malvern, WR14
Are you a qualified and experienced Social Worker, with at least 3 years work experience within a fostering charity, local authority or independent agency?
Do you hold the same values we do? Are you driven by making a difference?
We recruit SSW’s across England and Wales, who are confident working independently and remotely (with managerial support) across their designated region.
Experienced administrators with excellent customer service and computer skills. Able to multi-task and turn their hands to any challenge.
Book-keeping, invoice processing or pay-roll experience preferred. Knowledge of contracts and previous experience of working for a charity would be an advantage.
